Quite often, nowadays, manufacturers are aiming to make their table-top dishwashers as sleek in design as possible, without touch controls rather than protruding buttons. It’s important to pick a style that suits the existing design of your kitchen so it blends into the design rather than standing out.

4) Hygiene – did you know that washing your dishes in a dishwasher is a much more hygienic way to clean your pots and pans than the traditional manner in the sink? A dishwasher uses water that’s much hotter than human hands can stand in the sink, even in rubber gloves. That means all bacteria can be safety washed off your dirty crockery.

5) Programmes – Just because you’re compromising on size with a table-top dishwasher, doesn’t mean that they don’t come jam-packed with different programmes. You’ll still find functions like intensive clean (or rapid clean), automatic setting (which adjusts the amount of water needed depending on whether you’ve filled your table top dishwasher, or are just washing a few things), time delay (to ensure your pots are clean at a particular time), economy load setting and much more.

So, just because you’re tight for space in your kitchen, it doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the gadgets.
